Your mission
At Littledata, we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team, and as such we are expanding our team. That’s why we’re seeking an experienced outbound SDR to find and qualify potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospects, you must have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Your profile

Key responsibilities

  • Work with sales managers to create target prospects lists and identify key individuals to start the sales cycle

  • Qualify prospective customers before moving them further down the sales funnel

  • Book demos for Littledata sales managers

  • Develop technical knowledge about ecommerce analytics and pitch Littledata as a groundbreaking solution

  • Schedule calls between qualified prospective customers and sales managers

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach

  • Engage with leads across social channels (eg LinkedIn), virtual and IRL events

  • Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in our marketing automation and CRM tools

  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results


Requirements


  • Ideally based in EST timezone. Must provide consistent coverage of US time zones for calls and demos.

  • Experience selling to DTC brands strongly preferred

  • Highly organized

  • Attention to detail
