Compensation for this position is $24.04 per hour with a $4,000 Sign-On Bonus & Day 1 Benefits!!!!!!
Eby-Brown is looking for an Outside Sales Assistant (also known as a Dedicated Marketing Rep) to function as part of the outside sales team and help to maintain, develop, and expand a designated sales region. As a DMR, you will be responsible for a large chain of convenience stores covering Metro Indianapolis and will report directly to the Director of Sales-Chain Accounts.
- Establishes strong customer relations and represents Eby-Brown in a professional manner.
- Perform routine inspections of customers product sections and displays; as well as updating shelf tags.
- Maintain fluid and up-to-date planograms
- Establishing a personal relationship with the customer, so as to better understand their needs and requirements.
- Educating the customer on Eby-Brown’s promotions, programs, marketing policies, service, delivery specifics, and industry activities.
- Review weekly/monthly reports with the store manager and assist with any opportunities that may arise.
- Communicating back to our company any changes in product line or market place that may be of concern to our customer and to Eby-Brown.
- Assisting with processing merchandise returns.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- 1-2 Overnight travel per month
- Motus Vehicle Reimbursement (currently $750-$800 per month)
