Why does that matter? Simply put, many window and door Reps are making a great income selling hurricane windows and doors under the old legacy pay structure companies offer. HEA is the only direct seller of windows and doors in the country that pays 100% of profits and is not based on set commission scales. Sellers with us can earn 2-3 times what they would make if they were working with other home improvement companies since we pay profits, not commissions. Plus, you have the benefit of working when you want, where you want without someone micromanaging your day-to-day schedule.
