The Digital Marketing Specialist directly supports the planning, execution, and day-to-day management of paid campaigns across media channels such as Google, Facebook and Microsoft Ads. This role is an integral part of the team and in our commitment towards driving incremental sales, new customer acquisition, and program growth. This individual is an analytical thinker who is proactive, and detail-oriented and possesses the technical expertise to effectively manage large scale PPC/SEM campaigns that deliver on aggressive business goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build and launch campaigns accurately and on time across various paid media channels, including Google, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook
  • Closely monitor and continuously optimize campaigns in alignment with campaign performance goals
  • Prepare detailed reports with key findings and actionable insights for improvement
  • Identify expansion and testing opportunities of campaign elements (e.g. creative, bid strategies, audience targeting, placements, etc.)
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to compile campaign assets, communicate creative requests, and assemble landing pages
  • Support exploration of new ad tech solutions, maintain knowledge of industry best practices and any updates directly impacting our program
  • Troubleshoot account issues, recommend solutions, and attend weekly syncs with external vendors/partners

Requirements

Job Qualifications – Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in business or communications
  • 3+ years of hands-on, direct/first-hand experience managing paid campaigns in native ad platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
  • Agency/in-house retail marketing experience or experience measuring offline sales data from digital campaigns is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience executing integrated, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and tactics across
  • SEM, email, PPC, social media, etc. Experience with programmatic buys, direct buys or affiliate marketing are all pluses

Physical Requirements
General office environment requiring ability to:
  • stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time;
  • speak and listen to others in person, via digital meeting (such as Zoom), and over the phone;
  • use keyboard and read from computer screen and reports;
  • lift up to 15 lbs.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,800 - $98,800 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 136 hours per year, including 16 hours of Floating Holidays and paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law. The Company observes 12.5 paid holidays.
