STANDARD HOURS: 24 hours per week; Availability to work four 6-hour days between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. preferred. Schedule to be determined at time of hire.
PAY RANGE: $19.29 – $26.10 per hour
- Current benefit eligible employees will be placed within the pay range based on their current rate/range.

POSITION SUMMARY
Provides support to the Grants Office so it can successfully meet deadlines, effectively manage funded grants, and meet team goals. Activities range from preparing budget documents for submission to developing small project requests. Position will also be responsible for database management.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Develop and complete state and private grant applications that include need statement, project description, goals and objectives, and budget.
- Assist with budget development in proposal preparation, including compiling information into budget/financial documents, reviewing for accuracy, and uploading into the funder online portal.
- Manage select state and private grants post-award by meeting with teams and developing reports and/or modifications.
- Maintain the grant management system to ensure records are up-to-date and information is entered correctly so accurate reports can be pulled.
- Support team with other administrative tasks, including:
- Create letters of support and/or commitment.
- Prepare and upload grant related documents for submission.
- Produce reports and/or revised documents for funder approval as needed.
- Work to enhance and improve grant office processes and increase efficiencies.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Associate’s Degree
Experience: A minimum of two years in writing and proofing documents, budgeting, database management, meeting facilitation, and experience effectively multi-tasking in a deadline driven environment with a high degree of accuracy and organization.
**An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
Computer Skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
