Parts Counter Associate Summary of Job Duties:

• Multitasking wholesale/retail sales
• Assisting customers in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicle
• Work with technicians to locate proper parts for the completion of vehicle maintenance
• Maintain parts department in a clean and organized manner
• Other duties as assigned

Parts Counter Associate Position Requirements:

• 2+ years of related experience working in auto parts counter sales preferred
• Internet parts sales experience a plus
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-pace environment
• Must be a team-player
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer proficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent

Parts Counter Associate Schedule:

Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 5:30 pm plus occasional overtime

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, type and use office equipment, talk and hear. The employee must be able to see color and at close and far distances and is required to frequently lift up to 40 lbs and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.

• Reynolds & Reynolds DMS: 1 year (Preferred)
