Are you passionate about sales? Our Company is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter sales representative to join our team. As part of our sales team you will be responsible for Sales in our San Juan Capistrano Retail Showroom.

You must possess legitimate person to person inside sales experience. This is a high energy, fast paced job that pays well if you do well. Hourly is commensurate upon experience and your earning potential could be between 60-80K annually.

Hourly + Commissions

California Patio is a family owned company for over 41 years. We are one of the largest outdoor furnishing companies on the west coast. The products we carry are the some of the best the industry has to offer. Our goal is to educate and inform clients about these different products , so they can make their buying decision. We do not pressure , we educate!

Able to demonstrate strong professional sales skills, and to function as a contributing member of a team.

• Knowledge of interior / exterior design a plus.
• Office Productivity Suite Skills mandatory (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Computer Literacy Required.

Since our industry is unique, we prefer the candidate to have prior outdoor furniture sales experience and product knowledge - Training will be provided. Compensation is hourly plus a monthly 3% Sales commision .You will be required to complete a 30 day probationary period. • Previous ERP/ePOS system familiarization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
