Job description

· Responsible for summarizing data and entering contract data into the centralized contracts system as well as ensuring all contract data and supporting documentation are entered in the system.

· Reviews contracts to ensure that all contract documentation information is included in the system.

· Works with staff and vendors to obtain missing documentation as needed.

· Responsible for the creation and running of reports from the contracts system.

· Reviews system reports for upcoming contract renewals.

· Responsible for sending notices to Business Units about upcoming renewals and for responses to those notices.

· Based on renewal reports, creates renewal assignments and/or updates system records as applicable.

· Maintains the integrity and accuracy of contract records in the system.

· Responsible for maintaining the group inbox and responding to requests from internal clients.

· Responsible for Weekly Contract Metrics, Monthly dashboard Metrics, Weekly Meeting Minutes and Quarterly Reports to specific affiliates.

· Prepares internal approval summaries and obtains approvals in accordance with standard LOAs, as well as updated contract record fields and saves signed and countersigned documents on the drive.

· Other duties as assigned.
