Rennes provides care to those who are with us for short-term rehabilitation, outpatient services, assisted living and long-term care. As a Physical Therapist you work under the direction of the Director of Rehab and are responsible for evaluating, writing a PT plan of care, carrying out treatment, supervising, directing and collaborating with PTA?s to ensure resident and patient needs are met.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist who:

• Assesses, plans, organizes, and implements a physical therapy treatment plan
• Implements evidence and functional based practice
• Develops a safe and effective discharge plan for the patient
• Develops a rapport with patients and family members to ensure a successful outcome
• Demonstrates leadership abilities, cooperation and teamwork
• Demonstrates knowledge of and interest in leadership concepts in general and specifically in the physical therapy process, quality assurance, goal setting and holistic approach to people
• Demonstrates ability to supervise PTA?s through direction of plan of care and collaboration
• Demonstrates ability to establish and maintain effective working and public relations
