Hudson Hill Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is now hiring per diem Physical Therapists who are committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. The purpose of this position is to treat residents who have been referred to physical therapy by the resident’s physician on written order. Identifying residents by diagnosis or observation or staff referral who may benefit from therapy and requests orders for evaluation and treatment. PHYSICAL THERAPIST QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program
- Successful completion of National Certification Examination for RPT
- Current state licensure or license eligible
- Strong Attention to Detail and Work Ethic
- Previous Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Preferred
