Job description
SUMMARY:Responsible to perform non-technical general building maintenance and repair duties, light maintenance activities, custodial duties and minor repairs. Ideal candidate is interested in learning and developing their skillset through exposure to difference aspects of healthcare facilities maintenance by working alongside and under the supervision of Senior Maintenance Technicians and Engineers. This will include training on safety requirements, industry best practices, and professional development intended to lead to progressively increased responsibility and potential to pursue future opportunities and growth within the department.
EXPERIENCE:1+ year of related experience in a healthcare property setting preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Mechanically Inclined.
