SCHEDULE:

• 4 pm - 12 pm

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
• MUST BE 16+

General Purpose:

Under general supervision, provides the restaurant and kitchen with clean and sanitary ware.

Essential Duties

• Operate an automatic dish washing machine
• Manually scrub pots and pans and operate a 3 bay dish sink
• Gather all trash from kitchen work areas and end of each shift
• Performs food preparation duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Strong ability to work in a team environment
• Time management skills
• Ability to take direction

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time including bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching
• Able to lift 30lbs or more
• Ability to move rapidly in a hot environment
• Hazards include cuts from broken glass, hot kitchen tools, metal cans, slipping and tripping.'
