Omron Automation is looking for an energetic and focusedPricing Supervisorto work our hybrid schedule in Hoffman Estates, IL (75% remote).The Pricing Supervisor will oversee a team of 4 Pricing Specialists that leverage multiple forms of business data to serve the needs of sales management and the company's distribution channel. This role executes tasks associated with maintaining and optimizing information that is necessary for the efficient processing of special pricing requests, and negotiated/contracted pricing for local, national, and global customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development of automated workflows and drive process efficiencies to maximize the team's value and output.
- Enforce pricing policies and authorization tables in accordance with the company's requirements.
- Measure and maintain appropriate workload balance of special pricing team members during peak times.
- Update and deliver price list files to internal sales management team.
- Collaborate with company stakeholders to develop discount models that maximize profitability, while providing a clear understanding of target pricing levels.
- Manage the schedule and implementation of bi-annual direct customer pricing renewals to ensure price performance.
- Validate the accuracy of distributor discounts and the implementation of advanced pricing schedules for various customer types.
- Work with Americas' sales team and Omron colleagues around the world to develop and maintain pricing contracts for national and global customers, while ensuring accurate administration of discounts and sharing of information with appropriate parties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or similar fields.
- 4 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Industrial automation industry experience or similar field preferred.
- Deep working knowledge of modern ERP systems required. JD Edwards experience, highly preferred.
- Excellent computer skills required; MS Office experience a must, especially Excel.
