Based in Waterbury Connecticut and serving the Greater Hartford and Western Connecticut area, WCT Health & Wellness opened a new, modern and comfortable office designed with the therapist’s comfort and satisfaction in mind. Our philosophy represents a true belief that Clinicians who feel a sense of satisfaction and support offer best care for patients. We are seeking to hire professionals possessing licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC, LPC-A, LMSW, PsyD, PhD. Our Mental Health professionals are required to provide the highest quality, comprehensive initial and annual psychosocial assessments, individual counseling sessions, complete treatment plans, progress notes and be proficient with the use of electronic medical records. Experience is preferred however new graduates are welcome to apply. We wish to serve you so you may better serve your patients. Hybrid models are being offered, with in-office hours necessary(minimum 70% of time). Brookfield, Waterbury and Middlebury locations currently have openings for clinicians.
