Job description

· Able to understand and work with blueprints for equipment repairs.

· Interface with plant personnel and other process technicians / engineers.

· Ensure that proper components and tools are always utilized.

· Troubleshoot Electro/Mechanical/Pneumatic issues.

· Wire motors and troubleshoot electrical devices.

· Adhere to safety programs and good housekeeping for all designated areas.

· Installation of New and Old equipment

· Must be willing to work around plant production and maintenance schedules

· Ability to supervise in house projects as well as perform technical lead roles.

· Obtain quotes for Services, Submitting Requisitions

· Troubleshoot and repair Molding Issues

· Developing and Modifying Injection Molding Processes.

· Ability to train others in Fitments and Maintenance is a must. Support Flex Force training activities including delivery of practical exams.
Create, revise and update SOCs and SOPs for Fitments Department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Merced, CA 95348: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Plastics injection molding: 1 year (Preferred)
• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Software troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)
