Production Generalist - Night Shift
Job description
We are the Pet Care unit of Spectrum Brands, located in Blacksburg, Virginia. Our industry-leading brands, such as Tetra®, Instant Ocean®, Marineland®, 8-in-1®, Dingo®, FURminator®, Nature’s Miracle®, GloFish®, DreamBone®, and SmartBones®, provide exceptional value and trusted results for owners of dogs, cats, birds, small animals, fish, and reptiles.
We offer a starting pay of $17.00 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential. The shift schedule is Monday through Thursday, from 7 pm to 5:30 am, with the possibility of overtime on Fridays and volunteer overtime on Saturdays. You'll also receive attendance bonuses and discounts on products.

Job Summary
In production, you will perform a range of general activities such as lifting, dispensing materials, operating machines, performing light assembly, cleaning, and disposing of trash. You will also handle any other manual operation that may arise in the pet manufacturing environment.
