Shift: 2nd 5 pm - 5 am
Pay rate: $16/hr - $18/hr

Your duties will include:
- Make authorized adjustments to equipment as needed to maintain process quality and productivity
- Troubleshooting package quality in accordance with established standards.
- Responsible for product quality; in-process checks, and accurately completing all quality reports & documentation
- Work with team leaders for assistance with setups and meeting production and quality expectations
- Perform or assist with product or equipment changeovers
- Assist line technicians with equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
- Maintain machinery and work area in a neat and orderly manner and comply with GMP requirements
- Communicate effectively with others to ensure effective shift transfer
- Support company and team by working overtime as necessary
- Perform other duties as required or directed by Team Leader
In this role, you will need:
- Experience with set-up and operation of general machinery
- Must possess mechanical aptitude and the desire to evaluate and adjust equipment set-ups
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in the necessary order of importance
- Must be adaptive to an ever-changing work environment
- 2 years of experience in high-speed manufacturing and packaging environment preferred
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to perform basic math functions including fractions and decimal equivalents
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
