Job description

We are seeking a Project Manager Associate/ Warehouse Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing projects and managing the delivery and installation of carpet, tile, countertops, and other home improvement related materials across various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee the installation and delivery of construction/home improvement materials for various projects.
• Direct and schedule the work of various installers/subcontractor staff.
• Ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain and file required project documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between subcontractors, installers, vendors and office staff on all aspects of projects.
• Use a forklift to unload/load tile, carpet, and other materials as needed.
• Manage inventory in the warehouse and showroom.
• Serve as a floor sales associate handling customers, resolving difficulties, organizing displays, offering product details/pricing, showing features, and other duties as assigned.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in project management, as an office assistant, sales associate, and other related fields.
• Strong project management skills with some sales experience a plus.
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Previous warehouse/forklift experience.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must be punctual.
• Must be able to work during the week and on some Saturdays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
