Job description

We are seeking a skilled CAD Programmer to join the team of a Tyler company. The ideal candidate will have experience in AutoCAD, and preferred experience in interior design, construction, and cabinet making. The primary responsibilities of this role include taking drawings from the field, laying over materials, sending out for approval, and programming CNC machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take field drawings and convert them into detailed CAD designs using AutoCAD.
• Lay over materials and textures to create accurate 3D renderings of designs.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure that designs meet client specifications and are approved before sending them out for production.
• Program CNC machines based on approved designs to ensure accurate and efficient manufacturing.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CAD programming, preferably in the interior design, construction, and cabinet making industries.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Experience with CNC machines preferred
