Project Coordinator – Perioperative Services-NYP Westchester, NYP MSCH/Columbia, NYP Cornell
Coordinates projects, meetings, timekeeping processing for departments, using the Kronos Advanced Scheduling and Timekeeping systems, and proactively order perioperative supplies for multiple locations. Key contributor to perioperative staff with regards to workflow development, quality control and process improvement. Provides other necessary support on an as needed basis This position will service multiple locations in a hybrid capacity. Onsite work at NYP/Columbia, MSCH, and Weill Cornell is required based on the needs of the department.
Preferred Criteria
- Experience leading and developing projects.
- Timekeeping/Kronos experience
Required Criteria
- BA or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years working on projects or relevant experience.
- Ability to make independent judgments.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
