Job Description:
Detail-oriented, reliable, creative team player to work as part of project teams to help facilitate project documents, assist engineers and designers, and work with clients and vendors.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to assigned projects.
  • Assist the Document Control Specialist.
  • Work with Clients, Contractors, Vendors, and Internal Project Teams for document issuing, transmittals, and receipts.
  • Maintain electronic filing and organizing of project folders and documentation.
  • Oversee workflow and maintain standards/protocol.
  • Train staff on document control procedures.
  • Interface with Clients and Vendors.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associate's Degree Preferred.
  • Experience: Ideally, 2+ years of experience in the engineering consulting field, Document Controls experience in a major plus.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel and experience with document control software is a plus.
  • Management: No management experience is required.
  • Other Skills: Strong organizational and communication (verbal and written) and detail-oriented.
