This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional project management professional with prior medical device experience to join a growing team that is boldly designing transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies from the ground up. Edwards Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit is dedicated to solving the complex challenges of mitral and tricuspid disease in order to transform treatment and significantly improve patients’ lives. The Project Management Analyst is responsible for efficient management of labeling operations for Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapy (TMTT) products. The Project Management Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to collect and synthesize information, develop end-to-end strategy, and deliver labeling to meet the organization’s needs. This role leads critical projects of various sizes that cover clinical trials and commercial launches.
Key Responsibilities:
Determine and discern detailed requirements on projects to establish deliverables and develop the labeling management plan.
Manage changes to the project scope and schedule. Update labeling management plan to reflect authorized project changes.
Lead the execution of tasks as defined in the labeling management plan and actively manage project risk.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions related to labeling management (e.g. Marketing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Manufacturing, PMO).
Assess project progress to expected timelines, identify and quantify variances, develop and implement corrective actions, and provide updates to all stakeholders.
Establish project expectations, facilitate team members and stakeholder relationships, and ensure effective communication to upper level management.
Manage project closure activities, including gathering and implementing lessons learned.
Actively participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and providing innovative solutions.
Other administrative and incidental duties
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 3 years hands on experience in project management
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent computer skills in usage of MS Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, and related project management system
Excellent documentation and communication (verbal and written) skills
Good understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing project plans, product development process, and/or labeling ISO regulations
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Strict attention to detail
Ability to work in a team environment, including the ability to manage vendors and project stakeholders
Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California, the base pay range for this position is $69,000 to $97,000 (highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
