Psychiatrist (Licensed in Texas)

We are currently seeking a Psychiatrist to join our skilled team to provide medication evaluation and management for children, adolescents, AND adults in a fast growing, integrated, cash-based, private practice in Flower Mound, TX.

Psychiatrist MUST BE LICENSED IN TEXAS and able to provide IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS. Telehealth options are also available.

Responsibilities Include:

The Psychiatrist will be:

• Ensuring that all clinical services delivered adhere to regulations and standards.
• Ensuring accuracy in documentation and in billing for services rendered.
• Conferring with providers and interdisciplinary team members regarding services.

Psychiatrist Qualifications/Requirements:

• Texas State Licensed Psychiatrist
• Experienced in clinical work
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Independently licensed as a Psychiatrist
• Maintain own malpractice/liability insurance

Psychiatrist Compensation and Benefits:

• $305.55 (60-75 minutes) is paid to the Psychiatrist for Intake appointments after the company split.
• $145.50 (30 minutes) is paid to the Psychiatrist for Follow-up appointments after the company split. This amounts to $291.00 per hour for two Follow-up appointments.
• Psychiatrist will function as an independent contractor, will be paid a percentage of revenue, and can make their own schedule.

Pay: $291.00 - $305.55 per hour
