QUALITY ASSURANCE COORDINATOR

We are hiring a QA COORDINATOR in our Community Living division. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• QIDP or Coordinator Certified per Minnesota Statutes and minimum of one additional year experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities or related condition preferred
• Excellent working knowledge and understanding of Rule 245D and 203 licensing requirements.
• Ability to assess, develop, and maintain standards with all person served paperwork.
• Great communicator with management and outside agencies
• Excellent writing ability with a focus on quality
• Organized, approachable, and person centered
• A team player with a positive attitude

Experience:

• Prefer experience in quality management
• Meet MN DHS requirement for Designated Coordinator/QIDP role:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and one year of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, OR

AA Degree in a related field and two years of experience or Coordinator Certification, OR a diploma in a field related to human services and three years of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, OR

A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and 4 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to adults with intellectual disabilities.
