• Bachelor of Science Technical Field
• Life Sciences required or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certification Quality Engineer preferred and Six Sigma Black preferred
• 3 years Quality Engineering in Manufacturing Environment required
• 3 years Food Safety/ISO/FDA Systems Experience required
• Lean Green Belt Certification required
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Job Accountabilities:

Audits:

Performs internal and supplier audits, and other audits as necessary.

Plant Help Chain & Process Improvement:

Works with the plants and other functional groups to improve process performance, efficiencies and quality.

Continuous Improvement:

Leads continuous improvement projects as assigned. Provides training and support in root cause, corrective and preventive action, problem solving, and process improvement. Provides guidance on product acceptance criteria. Develops procedures/processes for continuous improvement.

Product Realization Process:

Develops physical property definitions, physical property-predictor relationships, internal specifications, and appropriate measurement methodologies on any projects

as assigned. Maintains accurate product quality control plans for reach product. Leads the qualification effort in the plant.

SQC/Infinity:

Works with each forming team and other functions as the Infinity super user to help drive standardization within system use. Works with each forming team to support their SQC/SPC effforts as needed.
