Required Education and Experience:

• Minimum of Grade 12 Education, or equivalent
• Community College courses in Quality related discipline

• Ability to interact with Management Team in a professional manner to continually enhance the company's performance

• Ability to work independently without supervision and with minimum directions
• Understand and use MS Office; Word, Excel

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for collecting first time data on torque, leak test and alignment in support of the Control Plan
• Perform auditing as required to assure product conformance and charting variable and attribute results on a daily basis and providing reports to plant management
• Teardown of all modules determined to be unfit for use
• Reviewing, processing and reporting daily non-conformance issues, both supplier and internal
• Creating and modifying all Quality Alerts as well as Temporary Work Instructions
• Assisting in IATF 16949:2016 / ISO 9001 compliance
• Assisting in the resolution of all quality issues with either incoming material, internal manufacturing processes or discrepancies with the client
• Maintaining all inspection, quality and certification records and reports
• Supporting team members in meeting daily goals with regards to continuous improvement, scheduling, quality, safety and cost
• Input daily scrap results, Update GP12 results on the tracking log
• Abide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the Martinrea Employee Handbook
