Starting pay rate: $19 / hour - Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.
Receives and ships any mail, packages, etc. for the shipping and receiving department in accordance with the industrial organization to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits by performing the following duties.
As the Receiving Clerk you will:
- Receive items delivered to assigned departments from outside suppliers in Oracle
- Follow Inventory control and receiving procedures
- Inspect items delivered and identify concerns on the packing tickets
- Pick up and deliver CFI property and inventory to and from Departments receiving locations, & warehouses throughout CFI and WG Resorts Ltd
- Support co-locating excess inventory and company-wide sales & auctions
- Attend meetings and support process improvement initiatives
- Protect and safeguard CFI and WG Resorts inventory
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
- Knowledge of Oracle Electronic Purchasing System
- Experience with Inventory Control & Warehousing Management
- Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, E-Mail, PowerPoint)
- Lifting and moving ability
- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Excellent guest service skills
