Established law office is seeking a pleasant, organized, and reliable person to provide excellent internal and external customer service.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Ability to operate a multiline phone system.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative and at times, stressful environment.
- Basic knowledge of criminal and domestic laws in the state of South Carolina.

The Front desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors and clients, answering incoming calls, taking, and distributing messages, as well as scheduling and confirming appointments. The receptionist is also responsible for initiating the new client intake process and other administrative tasks.
