RECEPTIONIST: Part-time

Plywood Supply Inc – Maltby, WA

Puget Sound Truss is a roof truss manufacturer in Maltby, WA and division of Plywood Supply, Inc. Founded in 1953, Plywood Supply is a family-owned business providing wholesale lumber and related building products to the greater Puget Sound area. In 2010 Plywood Supply added the truss division, distributing trusses for the smallest addition to the largest residential and light-commercial projects. ABOUT THIS ROLE:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our office team to be our Receptionist. Ideal candidate will possess good customer service, multi-tasking and general computer skills, while prioritizing workload. Solid PC technology skills required, along with excellent basic math skills and polished verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, with emphasis on accuracy a must. Part-time Monday thru Friday, 11am – 4pm.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones
• Preparing jobsite packets
• Printing plans
• Simple filing and data entry
• Handling cash and credit card transactions
• Light daily office upkeep
• Back-up duties for dispatch and/or office manager

Desired Applicant:

• Good customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks time
• Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and a strong communicator
• Knowledge of lumber & trusses, not required
• Be neat in appearance and punctual
