Busy NJ Home Care Agency seeking a Recruiter. Must be able to function in the areas of Recruitment and Scheduling.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Interview, screen and evaluate applicants for staffing placement depending on the immediate needs.
- Obtains all required personnel information from new employees before they are placed on their first case; keeps personnel files current.
- Is responsible for general office duties as assigned.
- Works with Senior Leadership to assure Compliance is met.
- Assists with Orientation of new employees as needed.
- Develop and network connections with various schools and programs to foster future candidates.
- Meet deadlines and staffing needs of contacts and clients.
- Ensure all new hire paperwork is in compliance with company and state regulations prior to orientation.
- Communicate and work with applicants throughout the entire hiring process.
- Assist in company recruitment events throughout NJ.
- Must be able to travel to various locations and different satellite offices to meet recruitment needs.
