POSITION SUMMARY:

The recruiter will join the talent acquisition team to proactively and creatively source and identify qualified candidates for the various jobs open across the organization. It will lead the full cycle recruitment process for assigned requisitions including but not limited to sourcing, resume evaluation, candidate screening.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source and recruit for a high volume of openings such as nurse practitioners, MD’s, medical assistants, and other non-clinical roles by utilizing a variety of methods.
  • Proactively identify new sourcing strategies to meet recruitment needs and improve time to fill.
  • In collaboration with leadership, negotiate offer terms, start date, etc.
  • Maintain open job report for all assigned openings and provide weekly report out to leadership team.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of active and passive candidates for all functional areas to support growth plan.
  • Assist in developing appropriate metrics to build accountability and measure results of talent acquisition team.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 3+ years healthcare recruitment experience
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (preferably within Paycor) and Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Self-starter, resourceful and results oriented – “Ability to think outside the box”
  • Comfortable speaking, meeting, and presenting to physician and advanced practitioners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
