Job Description:

The Recruiting Ambassador is responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team with outbound recruiting efforts. The Senior Recruiting Ambassador will assist with candidate sourcing through multiple outlets, such as: Career Fairs, Classroom/Student Organization Presentations, Hiring Events, Info Sessions, campus and community flyering virtual events, etc, for their assigned market. Additionally, the Recruiting Ambassador is responsible for assisting with the recruitment of quality candidates who meet minimum hiring standards and have all necessary components of the application completed. This shall be upheld through effective communication with applicants, maintaining a positive attitude with all daily interactions, and providing support to all potential employees.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Travel within the assigned market to assist with the execution of seasonal recruiting strategies/plans

• Field any questions regarding the application and recruitment process

• Assist with applicant screening and scheduling candidate interviews as needed

• Attend meetings with Sr. Account Manager or Talent Acquisition Manager as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Education and Experience

• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. A College degree or some college preferred

• Recruiting or relevant work experience is preferred.

• Possess strong computer skills and be adept with Google Suite

• Possess excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail

• Possess strong written communication skills including proper grammar, spelling, and good overall writing ability

• Possess excellent verbal communications skills

• Possess excellent presentation/public speaking skills

• Display exemplary work ethic and professionalism

• Must be team oriented with a desire to work and collaborate with other individuals

• Must be results driven

• Demonstrate compliance with all department and company policies and procedures

• Demonstrate ability to communicate and interface effectively at all levels of the organization, as well as with external contacts

• Travel within the market is required
