RECRUITING & SOURCING SPECIALIST

ABOUT THE JOB

This is a multifaceted role, with a heavy emphasis on candidate sourcing . This position will work

under the direction of the Hiring Manager and hand in hand with our hiring team. As the

Sourcing Specialist, you should have thorough knowledge of job based recruiting efforts

including, but not limited to, ad and job boards, job placement; identification of possible

candidates for open positions; initial screening and interviewing of applicants. If you have strong

communication skills and are confident as a headhunter, we want to speak to you. We like

working with people who think ‘outside-the-box’ and who finish projects in a timely manner.

Other Duties:

• Implementing and managing a sourcing database
• Cold calling new sourcing outlets
• Have excellent communication skills
• Proven skills in recruiting platforms such as ADP, Indeed, LinkedIn, FB etc.
• Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
• Sourcing candidates by using databases and social media
• Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
• Actively pre screening and moving candidates throughout hiring funnel
• Stay up to date with current recruiting methods

ABOUT YOU

• Associates Degree OR 3-5 years of experience in recruiting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Relationship builder with a positive, go-getter attitude.
• Must be a team-player and able to take direction.
• Ability to pivot and multitask when needed.
• Highly motivated and results oriented.
• Familiar with both active and passive recruiting methods.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, general knowledge of mobile device use and

applications.

• Interest in pursuing additional training in Recruiting practices and Human Resources.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
