Recruiting Operations Manager
Job description
- Manage a team of coordinators and recruiters, mentoring and developing skills and competencies and providing direction on an ongoing basis
- Oversee the candidate experience at Joby, ensuring a best in class process for candidates and hiring managers
- Partner with and support the Recruiting Lead on a variety of topics, including but not limited to, analyses, strategy design, and process improvement
- Provide ongoing recruiting related metrics and KPIs
- Streamline and enhance TA processes to ensure compliance with OFCCP and other federal and state regulations
- Partner and manage relationships with external vendors to update tool efficiencies and drive change management and communication plans to ensure adoption and maximum usability
- In collaboration with the HRIS team, manage the discovery, implementation, and administration of systems, tools, and resources and collaborate with the HRIS Team to enable and prioritize iCIMS (ATS) technology capabilities and enhancements
- Effectively drive ad hoc projects and programs across the recruiting team, leveraging quantitative and qualitative methodologies to make decisions and recommendations on critical and strategic initiatives
- Maintain a workload of requisitions as this is a hands on, leadership role with recruiting responsibilities in addition to managerial responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related experience or Associate’s degree and 7 years of related experience
- 1+ years of directly managing people
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system and other HR technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR resources and tools
- Ability to operate with a strong sense of urgency and customer orientation
- iCIMS experience
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $96,300-$162,200/year. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
