We are seeking a qualified professional to work in team environment to provide professional nursing care to Horizon Health & Wellness patients. The position is responsible for the monitoring of medications and coordination of medical care with supervising medical & clinical staff.

Qualifications Required

• Current Registered Nurse Licensure in the State of Arizona and has 2 years Associates degree.

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

• Possess valid driver's license with acceptable driving records and reliable transportation.

• CPR and First Aid certification

• Series of Hepatitis shots or declination of same.

• Proof of good health by initial Physical examination and negative TB test.

• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling a maximum of 50 pounds as needed

• Ability to make independent decisions.

• Ability to type and working knowledge/familiarity with computers and electronic clinical record keeping.

• Must obtain and maintain a Fingerprint clearance card and pass a background check.

Qualifications Preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Previous Psychiatric nursing experience.
