Lakeside Manor Assisted Living is seeking 1 Part Time Registered Nurse for 1-2 days a week and on call/PRN hours. The position would be shared with another RN to fill a Full Time position. Hours are strictly day shift and Monday - Friday. The schedule has some flexibility as far as which days and how many days during the week will be worked. Duties included but not limited to: Supervise and oversee assisted living staff and delegation of tasks to staff; assess clients and their needs to develop and maintain individualized care plans; oversee and coordinate with physicians and pharmacy for medication management of client medications; communicate with clients' medical providers regarding clients' conditions, care and treatments; assist director with assessment and admission of new clients.
