Elwood Staffing in Colorado Springs is seeking remote CSR's for a call
center who takes inbound calls for various retailers. *Must live
within 30-40 miles of Colorado Springs*

REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP DETAILS:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $13.65 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to

04:30pm)

• Disclosure: Training for 2 weeks with be Mon-Fri 1st shift hours.*

Various shifts available. You will be required to work one weekend
day. You will have one day off during the week and one weekend day
off.

• You will leverage cutting-edge automation and technology through

multiple web-based platforms to drive sales through processing online
orders and addressing key customer issues

• Answering, servicing and resolving customer needs
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve individual and team

results

• There will be a 2 week training period for these positions

REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must live within 30-40 miles of Colorado Springs, CO to apply (no

exceptions).

• Ability to enter 8000 keystrokes per hour with 85% accuracy
• Ability to navigate through multiple systems, and screens
• Must be proficient in internet navigation
• Customer Service experience in call center, retail, or food service
• Computer skills (use of Internet explorer & data entry) will be

tested

• Friendly and supportive phone voice
• Must have high speed internet (not satellite or wi-fi based)
• Quiet workspace
• Personal cellphone
• All other equipment will be provided by company
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
