Currently, Cerenity Senior Care, White Bear Lake has immediate openings for part time Resident Assistant positions in our Assisted Living.
The Resident Assistant (RA) provides patient/resident care as required under the direct supervision of the licensed nurse. The Resident Assistant completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Specific duties include medication administration, resident observation, implementing plan of care, and other services as listed on service agreement. Communication and interactions with tenants, families and other health team members is an essential component of this position
Required qualifications include current certification as a Registered Nursing Assistant on the state nursing assistant registry. The qualified candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and communicate in English; basic computer skills or willingness to acquire during orientation. Previous experience in long term care is helpful, but not required.
Cerenity also offers up to $3600 in tuition reimbursement after six (6) months of service.
