The Rutgers Team Shop, the Official Team Shop of Rutgers University Athletics, is looking for great team members to assist the greatest fans in the nation!

The Retail Associate position is responsible for providing the ultimate shopping experience to Rutgers fans at our retail location. If you have a passion for retail, an outgoing personality, love to sell, enjoy working in teams, and strive to create relationships with the fans, this is the job for you.

What You'll Do as a Game Day Associate

• Assist with the game day set-up and merchandising of all retail locations
• Meet, greet and interact with customers to ensure their needs are met
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge
• Be a champion at suggestive selling
• Conduct transactions through Point of Sale system according to guidelines
• Stock, price, and organize inventory
• Organize, maintain and clean retail locations during downtime
• Other duties as assigned
