Believe Accessories is a source of custom designed costume jewelry, accessories, apparel, and keepsakes for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. ,Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc, Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Iota Phi Theta & Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a helpful, friendly manner with outstanding customer service
• Help customers find items they are looking for
• Advertise current specials to customers
• Inform customers about current sales, promotions, and policies about payments and exchanges
• Answer customer questions regarding product availability and pricing
• Answer phone(s) in a timely manner to assist callers with a variety of issues related to store services
• Add up customers' total purchases and accept payment
• Ensure store is neat, clean, and organized
• Ensure that an accurate record of inventory is kept in the store
• Elevate complaints to management
• Validate cash total at end of day
• Assist as needed with counting inventory of shipments and fulfillment of orders
• Excellent critical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour

Shift:

• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
