Job Description:

• Listen and communicate with customers passionately about Good Feet arch supports and related products in a one-on-one consultative sales approach.
• Process monetary transactions, including financing options.
• Follow-up with your customers after they purchase
• Understand your sales goals and metrics and be willing to learn and grow your selling craft

Compensation: $17/ Hour + 12 Uncapped Bonus and Commission Periods
(Retail Sales Associates make between $48,000- $60,000)
We Have Fantastic Retail Hours:9 A.M. - 7 P.M. Monday - Saturday; Closed Sundays

Requirements:

• Commission based sales experience
• Ability to work weekends

Salary Compensation: $45,000- $58,000+
