Role: Safe Agile Coach

PBG Consulting (PBG) is seeking a SaFe Agile Coach who will support our customer's Safe Agile Implementation and transformation initiative.

Location: Remote (USA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement SAFe principles and practices.
  • Support the implementation of customer's Agile Roadmap/Strategy.
  • Mentor and Lead multiple agile teams.
  • Implement the governance structure and administration over the agile systems development life cycle.
  • Develop and Implement relevant tools, templates, processes, and metrics to support the underlying SAFe methodology.
  • Monitor Agile trains to identify improvement opportunities and provide expert insight into improving their effectiveness.
  • Monitor Agile project activities for risks and provide mitigation actions.
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or other IT related field.
  • 8-10 years of demonstrated agile coaching experience.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills.
  • US. Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
  • GovCon Experience - Required
  • Certified SaFe Program Consultant (SPC), required
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing client support, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
  • Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for a senior management team.
  • Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
  • Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude.
