We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Liaison for our Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). As the Sales and Marketing Liaison, you are responsible for the data collection and coordination of admissions for referrals from inpatient acute care and sub-acute care settings, including internal residents of the Erickson Senior Living community. You will collaborate with Physicians, Continuing Care Sales/Admissions Staff, Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers, and/or Discharge Planners to facilitate the admissions/transfer process. Provide tours for potential admissions, collaborate with families, and assist in the process of transitioning residents to a higher level of care.
Commensurate with experience starting at $68000 / year
How you will make an impact:
  • Perform onsite clinical collection of data of the referrals to determine appropriateness for transfer to Continuing Care.
  • Perform discharge planning and care coordination for residents transferring from acute hospital to Continuing Care or returning to Independent Living at the Erickson Living community.
  • Collaborate with physicians regarding anticipated discharges from facilities.
  • Identify quality issues and participates in quality management activities, as needed, with Administrator and/or Medical Director.
  • Help to grow overall census and meet monthly budgets
  • Tours prospective external residents and current internal residents through Continuing Care, offering an overview of the community, health care offerings, pricing, amenities, and availability.

What you will need:
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • 3+ years of Sales and Marketing experience in an acute hospital setting preferred.
  • Sales and Marketing experience in an assisted living, SNF or Memory Care preferred.
  • Familiarity with acute hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, sub-acute rehabilitation facilities, and the local healthcare market preferred.
