The Good Feet Stores of Central California are looking for an energetic, results oriented Sales Assistant who likes taking on new challenges and being on the front lines. A job at The Good Feet Store, is as unique as our products. We're a specialty retailer, but what we do is nothing like a retail job. We have FANTASTIC hours: Mon-Fri 10-6. Saturday's 10-5. No early mornings. No evenings. Weekends are mandatory. Working at the Good Feet Stores, the Administrative Assistant will:

  • Work directly with the Sales Team; greet clients, answer client inquiries in person and over the phone, and work to ensure a smooth flow of business in our Fresno location, during busy times
  • Manage the Appointment calendar for the Fresno location
  • Work directly with the Sales team; manage and coordinate client orders for our three locations (Fresno, Merced & Visalia)
  • Manage and maintain physical inventory (Fresno) as well as inventory the company's Point of Sale and assist our two other locations ensuring that inventory is accurate and maintained properly
  • Manage and follow-up on digitally generated sales leads for three locations
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing on email and social media campaigns
  • Thrive in an “always be learning” environment

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • A passion for organization and an extreme focus on attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills; typing 60 wpm+, proficient with Spreadsheets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented and focused
  • Accountable, reliable
  • Be able to lift up to 20 lbs, bend, stoop, climb a 3-4 step ladder
  • Saturday's are required.
