The Sales Commission and Incentive Analyst will assist in the end-to-end commission and
incentive plan process and be responsible for accurate and timely payout of variable
compensation and be a point of contact for questions, escalations and corrections as required.
This will require a professional that is data savvy with exceptionally strong analytical skills and
has held a similar role in a corporate environment, preferably one with multiple locations that
has financial reporting to corporate offices.
Essential Functions:
  • Ensure the accurate calculation and processing of all commissions and incentives for eligible employees in a timely and accurate manner, and provides metrics and reporting to Senior Leaders to ensure alignment of company incentive plans and business strategies.
  • Process commission and incentive calculations to ensure accurate payment, tracking, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ensure that all commission and incentive reports are updated to include revisions made to existing compensation plans.
  • Research customer accounts to ensure accurate approval of commission adjustments.
  • Perform monthly audits of financial data to analyze statistical trends and identify any inconsistencies.
  • Assist the in the review, analysis, and audit of commission calculations.
  • Assist sales and operations management with any questions or issues regarding commission or incentive programs.
  • Work closely with the CFO, Controller and finance support teams to better understand the variable compensation results for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • The successful candidate must demonstrate the leadership skills required to drive continuous improvement of processes.
Personal Characteristics: The successful candidate will possess:
  • Strong organizational, team-building, and communication skills. The ability to work and navigate within a complex matrix organization.
  • Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to assume increasing responsibilities in a rapidly-changing environment.
Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, data analysis or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience serving in an analytical capacity – Business analysis/ Compensation/ Commission plan administration/ HR analytics/ Finance or related area.
  • Experience in working with different departments and cross-functional teams, including people development skills and leadership qualities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities between multiple levels of management and demands.
  • Strong computer skills (Google, Excel, etc.) and experience with SAP and/or ERP systems.
  • No travel required.
  • Incentive pay: This position is eligible for incentive compensation in the following program: annual bonus program.
