COTSWORKS is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our exciting and growing Mil/Aero market for in-house designed and manufactured optoelectronic products and solutions.
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting customer activity in the Sales department in service, administration, data entry, data processing, and reports. The Sales Coordinator works with all inside and outside sales team members to help maintain status and accuracy of processing product material. The position works onsite at our Cleveland-area office.
COTSWORKS, INC. designs and manufactures rugged optical components and subsystems to operate in harsh environments.
Products are utilized worldwide in commercial and military aerospace, military tactical, oil and gas, and other industrial markets.
Over 100,000 mission-critical rugged optoelectronic and interconnect products are produced yearly in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The company maintains a quality program with ISO 9100:2015 + AS9100D Certification and ATEX Compliance.
Your tasks may include the following:
- Answers phones, and directs and handles inbound calls appropriately using the phone system and messaging applications.
- Keeps the entry area neat and orderly and handles any deliveries or inquiries.
- Reviews, communicate and processes customer quotes through internal systems.
- Reviews, communicate and processes customer orders through internal systems.
- Reviews, communicate and processes customer orders through external (customer) portals/systems.
- Supports the RMA and shipment processes by entering orders.
- Maintains accurate departmental records and documentation via hard copy and electronic file systems.
- Assists the Sales Team by preparing reports, presentations, and meetings.
- Serves as support for Sales Team members who are traveling or Inside Sales that are out of the office.
Qualification requirements include:
- High school education with two (2) or more years of experience in a business environment
- Three (3) years of intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Office Suites (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and associated computer-related skills
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as MS Dynamics
- Excellent customer communication skills (must enjoy helping others)
- Proficient at handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; highly detail-oriented
- Proficient organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in writing, verbally communicating, and presenting to various audiences
- Demonstrates a positive attitude as a team player and support to COTSWORKS’ customers
- Conducts oneself with a high-level of professionalism and personal integrity
- U.S. citizenship is required. (No Green-card or Visa)

Pay: $19.50 - $23.00 per hour
