Eagle’s Nest Harley-Davidson is consistently one of the top performance ranked Harley-Davidson dealerships in the nation. We are located in the largest and newest Harley-Davidson facility in Northern California. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Booking vendors and organizing events on-site and off-site (setup/tear down) with a goal to gather leads for the Motorcycle Sales Team
- Taking photos of all new and used bikes and uploading to the website
- Creating all motorcycle pricing tags using dealership market pricing guide
- Checking each day to make sure all bikes have proper signage
- Putting up new Point of Purchase kits once per quarter throughout the dealership
- Create a Social Media presence on all outlets that are relevant within the industry
- Communicating store promotions and events to staff
- Network and collaborate with community clubs, business and charities
- Manage Donation Requests & Charitable initiates in a timely manner
- Stay in tune to H-Dnet (Harley-Davidson intranet system) and customer culture to help direct our initiatives
- Gather data, tracking and reporting the success of events and promotions reporting to General Manager and department managers
- Working alongside Sales manager to keep promotions up to date on the website & craigslist
- Printing out and distributing leads to department managers
- Decorating dealership for Holidays
- Managing Harley Owner’s Group (HOG) Chapter
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- This position is dual location - Valid Driver’s License is required
- Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand
- Outgoing, energetic, helpful and positive personality
- Strong computer skills in MS Office - Photoshop skills a plus, we will provide paid training
- Must be available many weekends and evenings for events
- Must be organized and good at hitting deadlines
- Driven with the ambition to meet and exceed goals by constantly learning and improving
- Time management skills to be consistently productive
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
