We are in need of a highly motivated sales leader who has a passion for building sales teams, developing top sales talent and delivering A-Player results. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Recruit top sales talent to build a rockstar talent solutions account executive team
- Train and develop talent solutions account executives on sales process, ICP and territory penetration strategies and track/monitor performance
- Act as a liaison with Director of RPO and RPO fulfillment team for customer care concerns, referral opportunities and contract renewal assistance
- Partner with Customer Success, HCM Sales, and Tax Credit Services teams for cross selling opportunities
- Increase and drive new opportunities in the sales pipeline
- Influence and assist in the levels of decision makers in the ICP
- Develop strategies for territory design and partnership opportunities
WHO YOU ARE:
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience
- Have experience attaining quota in a sales leadership role
- 5+ years of HCM/RPO sales leadership experience is a MUST
- Employ a consultative selling approach and can train/coach/develop account executives on approach
- Ability to create a strategic approach to prospecting to coach and teach sellers high-volume outreach
- Comfortable speaking to key stakeholders and C-level executives
- Have outstanding communication skills; confident, articulate and persuasive
- Can work autonomously with incredible organization skills
- Appreciate partnering with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise
- Are a motivated self-starter that craves success
