Now Care Dental is looking for a scheduling coordinator to join our team. We offer a flexible working environment in a progressive dental office. Looking for independent person that loves working with people.

Essential Functions

• Register and schedule patients, data entry of demographics
• Confidently deliver a treatment plan and have financial discussions with patients
• Collect copayments and record
• Take electronic messages and convey information to respective dental care provider teams
• Perform follow-up calls for missed appointments, including cancelled and no-show appointments, schedule changes and overdue recall.
• Maintain appointment scheduling in accordance with company scheduling policies
• Provide excellent customer service
• Respond to patient inquiries both over the phone and electronically
• Complete other daily functions including but not limited to listening and returning voicemail messages, or electronic messages, working daily report

If you have experience in customer service that is preferred, will provide on the job training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
