We are a growing screen printing and embroidery company looking for a qualified candidate to help in our screen printing department.

The perfect candidate for this position wants to make amazing shirts and has great attention to detail. This person will be responsible for setting up and printing on our automatic machines and must be familiar with plastisol and water-based inks.

We are currently looking for automatic screen press operators for the night shift. Hours are:

Monday - Friday 2:30p - 11:00p

The role will ultimately cover but is not limited to:

• Operate apparel printing press including set-up, printing & tear down of jobs with attention to detail, quality of print, accuracy, and speed.
• Read and complete work orders accurately.
• Identify and troubleshoot common screen printing problems.
• Clean equipment including removing ink from screens, squeegees, press & tools.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area at all times as well as promote safety and cleanliness.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs at times
• Regularly stand for long periods of time while reaching with hands and arms
• Specific vision abilities include sharp vision, focus, depth perception, and ability to identify colors
• Can quickly perform common math skills such as multiplying in dozens or calculating production rates

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• At least 2+ years of automatic screen press printing experience in the apparel industry.
